OPEN FOR DINE IN. MONDAY JUNE 1
As restrictions start easing we are excited to have dine in customers to Butlers Kitchen again from Monday 1st of June 2020
Under the guidelines set by the State Government, the following policies will be in place to ensure the continued safety of all customers and staff as we slowly move towards a new kind of normal.
TRADING HOURS
Regular Weekday trading hours are from 7am to 2pm.
Regular Weekend trading hours are from 8am to 2pm.
Until further notice, we will not operate during any future Public Holiday.
BOOKINGS & CAPACITY
Seating capacity will be limited to 20pax. This includes infants & children.
We will be accepting limited pre bookings during the week leaving some leverage for walk in customers. As we will be working on such tight schedules, please note that if your group hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes of your booking time, we will release your table to the next available guest waiting.
DINING AT THE CAFÉ
As per guidelines, we can only seat a max of 6 people (including infants and small children) per table.
Be assured that each table and menus will be properly sanitised before a new set of guests are seated.
In order to make our seated dining experience available to as many parties as possible during these initial seating limitations, we are only accepting dine-in patrons having a meal during their visit. We still welcome you with open arms to stop through for a takeaway coffee or a quick meal from our display.
As per guidelines and in the event we need to provide information to the Health Department for contact tracing, we are required to request for the following information from each guest (including infants and children):
All Guest Information will be erased or safely destroyed after 28 days.
Guests will be given a maximum of 1 hours to dine in all through the week
TAKEAWAY
All take away customers will be required to place their orders and wait outside to minimize number of patrons within the store. Takeaway orders can be placed online from our ordering platform by visiting our website or Facebook page.
If you’re coming in for your usual takeaway coffee order, take note we are not accepting reusable cups at the moment. All dine in and take away drinks will be served in disposable cups until further notice.
Note that we will limit entry to 4 customers at a time who are coming to order or pick-up takeaway at the café.
We discourage our staff from reporting to work if they feel the slightest bit unwell.
If customers are showing any symptoms, we highly advice you avoid coming into the café. We reserve the right to refuse entry to symptomatic customers. We advise you stay home, rest and get better.
Be assured that we will be going the extra mile, as always, implementing safety and hygiene protocols throughout the business to maintain the highest possible levels of comfort for our lovely staff and patrons.
