Following are the steps of the company incorporation process

We will explain all the necessary information and the steps of the company incorporation & you can get more clarification or discuss any matters related to the company incorporation, tax or any other with us (Dont warry about your knowledge level when you are asking questions).
- As an information for the company registration, you will have to provide only the name for the company, address for the company and the Full Name, Address and the NIC/Passport no of the directors (You can give these information by coming to our office or Via email, WhatsApp, Viber or any other easy method).
Pls Note- Company can be incorporated from a person, you can use any address as a company address because we are not asking any proof for the address. We can incorporate the company to do any kind of business or a
transaction without any limit for the objective. It mean you can do any number of business under one company registration.
Then we will send the company name for the approval of the company registrar and meantime prepare the all the necessary documents to obtain your signature based on the information which you have given.
Then you can visit to our office and signature the documents or if you are unable to visit our office, we can email the all the necessary documents to you for your signature. After Put your signature, you can scan and email to us if you have scan facility. If you dont have, you can send the document by post or any other easy way to our office. If you need any assistant to signature the documents you can contact us.
Pls note - If you are currently outside the country is not a matter to signature the documents. If you can scan and email the documents with your signatures, it isnt necessary to send the original documents to us gain because under the new rules department of Company registrar is accepting the scan documents for the company registration.
You should pay advance to continue the incorporation process and we will issue the receipt for your advance payment.
You can collect the Incorporation certificate and other stuff from us within few days and you can make the balance payment.
If you want to open a bank account in any bank for the company, we are issuing the Board resolutions, Certified copies of the all the company incorporation documents at the same time when you are collecting the company incorporation documents or any other date according to your requirement of the bank account for the company. There are no extra charges for this.
If you want know how you should do the business under the company, legal requirement of the company, Tax implication on the company, tax planning, Import Export Procedures or any other information, you can get from us at any time without paying any consultancy fee for us. We will publish the company incorporation in three language new papers and the gazette after few days of the company incorporation and you are informed the advertisement publishing dates via SMS and email.
